On paid plans, yes — unlimited sends and recipients for one flat price. There are no envelope caps and no per-send fees. The Free tier is limited to 5 documents per month.

Yes. The 7-day trial on paid plans requires a card. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.

On day 7 your card is charged for the plan you picked — $19/mo or $190/yr for Unlimited, $49/mo for Team. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing: cancellation is one click in Settings, and a cancelled trial is never charged.

One click from your settings — self-serve, with no retention hoops or emails required. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is never charged again. Your documents always remain accessible; we never delete your archive on downgrade.

Yes. If you haven’t used the service since a charge — no documents sent for signature since that payment — you can get a full refund within 14 days of it, on any charge including a renewal or a trial converting to paid. Just email support. Outside that window, or once you’ve sent a document under the charge, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires it. For as long as your account exists, on every plan — including free, and including after a downgrade. Paid plans include 10 GB of document storage — room for roughly 20,000 signed documents; if you ever approach it we’ll contact you about options, and we never delete documents over it. Only if an account goes completely unused for 7 years (no sign-in and no subscription) may we remove stored files, and we email you first with at least 90 days to download everything.
